How do I cancel a Statement of Mailing online?
Please sign in to cancel a mailing order (Statement of Mailing) that you created online — and have not yet delivered to us — for:
- Canada Post Personalized Mail™
- Postal Code Targeting
- Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail™
- Lettermail™
- Letter-post
- Publications Mail™
Note: If you want to replace your order, do it before cancelling your Statement of Mailing. During the cancellation process, refer to the replacement order.
