    Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions and any documents incorporated therein apply to the Offer (as hereinafter defined) set out below. Customer (as hereinafter defined) agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

    Offer will be available between 12:00:00 EST May 29, 2023, to 23:59:00 EST on May 26, 2024. Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ members without a commercial parcels agreement and across all four (4) savings levels (“Customer”) will receive 10% off current shipping rates when shipping an item that is 101 g to 250 g (actual or volumetric equivalent) using Expedited Parcel™ within Canada and 15% off current shipping rates when shipping an item that is 100 g or lighter (actual or volumetric equivalent) using Expedited Parcel™ within Canada (collectively the “Offer”). Air Stage Rate Codes J1 & J2 are excluded. All orders must be prepared and transmitted either at a Canada Post retail location, using an Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) including Canada Post Snap Ship™, select ecommerce partners approved by Canada Post, or Canada Post’s Web Services. Some exceptions may apply. This Offer does not apply to any other Canada Post services other than those described above.

    Customer is prohibited from reselling Offer to any other party without the prior written consent of Canada Post. Services provided by Canada Post shall be pursuant to the applicable Canada Post Parcel Services Customer Guide (“Guide”) in effect at the time of shipping and incorporated herein. Offer will apply to the applicable Canada Post base rates (“Price Sheets”) at time of shipping. The Price Sheets for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Customers can be found online, as well as the Guide which is available here. Offer applies only to the base rates set forth in the applicable Price Sheets, and does not apply to taxes or any additional applicable charges, options or surcharges as set forth in the Guide. Canada Post may, at any time and in its sole discretion, terminate, modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue all or part of Offer. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Guide or Price Sheets and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.

    The Canada Post Website Terms of Use and the Solutions for Small Business Terms and Conditions therein (as updated by Canada Post from time to time without notice to you and at its sole discretion) are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. It is Customer’s responsibility to check the Canada Post Website Terms of Use regularly for changes, which can be found at canadapost.ca/termsandconditions, or any replacement website as designated by Canada Post from time to time. Canada Post reserves the right at any time, and at its sole discretion, to review Customer’s account or shipment for compliance and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including repayment of Offer amount, if it believes there has been a violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

    These Terms and Conditions and all disputes or other matters arising out of Customer’s participation in Offer or use of the website located at canadapost.ca and all associated websites linked to canadapost.ca that are operated by Canada Post, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Customer is situated and the applicable laws of Canada, or if Customer is not situated within Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to any choice or conflict of laws, rules or principles that will result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Customer acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions and the documents incorporated herein by reference form the entire agreement between Customer and Canada Post with respect to Offer.
