    Find a Rate tips

    • If you're not sure about your originating or destination postal codes, select Find a Postal Code.
    • Ensure your item’s weight is accurate. The weight determines which delivery options are available to you and the cost.
    • Maximum weight for a parcel is 30 kg (66 lb.)
    • Some common examples of parcels include:
      ◊ books
      ◊ clothing
      ◊ care packages
    • The largest measurement is always entered as Length.
    • For irregular non-rectangular items, measure from the widest points.

    Tips for measuring your item

Length: Longest side of your item
    Width: Depth of your item
    Height: Thickness of your item
Girth: The distance around the parcel: (width + height) x 2

For example, if the width of your item is 20 cm and the height is 20 cm, the girth is 80 cm (20 + 20) x 2 = 80 cm. (Some shipping services have restrictions on the length plus girth measurement.)
