I purchased Hold Mail service but Canada Post rejected my order. Why?
Hold Mail service can be used for most residential and business addresses. However, it cannot be used if you receive mail through:
- An institution (e.g., hotel, rooming house, hospital, dormitory)
- A shared postal address, such as:
- Several businesses sharing an identical address
- An employee or division of a business
If you receive mail at this type of address, please make arrangements with the building administration to have your mail held.
